  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and 10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy.   This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time. Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed. - The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.

  Value for money. Couldn't find a cheaper but good and clean hotel to spend a couple of nights in Birmingham. Internet was good and it was free. Tv was also good with variety of channels. Staff helped us with an extra bed for free. Direct access to city center by bus (20-30 min depending on traffic). Parking was free.   We liked the sweet most helpful lady who ran the hotel. We were made to feel at home. Our room was comfortable and so very clean. We slept so well. Breakfast was just perfect, we were full. We would recommend the hotel very highly. - Helpful personnel, good breakfast, cosy and large room.
