We were in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts at the NEC. We loved stayingin your hotel as it was so convenient for the city and lovely places to eat in the evenings. Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning.
Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic.
Evening menu was also good.
Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable

Bedrooms and public areas obviously refurbished recently in a very contemporary style .Bar area and restaurant to a very high standard for such a reasonable price.Food excellent and good value for money.Extensive choice at breakfast traditional cooked etc ,and pancakes which were yummy !Room very clean and comfortable piping hot water and good show

The food was excellent, both the evening meal, which was freshly prepared and cooked, and the breakfast which was plentiful and wholesome. The hotel has been sympathetically restored, its a beautiful grade 2 listed building, which has been transformed into a modern bright and welcoming hotel.

Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

We stayed there 5 years ago and decided to stay again as it was such a convenient and friendly venue.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -

Reservation did not have to be searched for. Registration form was waiting for my signature. Breakfast was an excellent choice, good quality, quick with excellent service. - The staff went out of their way to help, particularly the reception staff who gave directions for my onward journey

As a family with 4 young children we booked two family rooms. The rooms were reasonably priced at £52.00 each & more than adequate for our needs, the Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast (all you can eat) was more than worth the price and set us all up for the day ahead. -

Overnight stay, close to GMAC centre where our son was taking part in a competition. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Stephanie on Reception! Room was very clean and comfortable - good value. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Value for money. Couldn't find a cheaper but good and clean hotel to spend a couple of nights in Birmingham. Internet was good and it was free. Tv was also good with variety of channels.
