  Excellent value for money. Room was small and basic but also clean and comfortable exactly what we needed. Restraunt and bar facilities have recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Full Scottish breakfast served with tea or coffee was excellent and a massive portion.   Excellent location and food in restaurant excellant,but rooms 7-9 are on the main road side and quite noisy. however we thought it was value for money and adequate room facilities and would definitely stay there again , we loved the lounge area! - Room was clean and comfortable.
