  Excellent location. A short 5 minute walk and you are in the centre of Aviemore. There is also a very acceptable italian (offering a great buffet) that is part of the Motel complex. The view from the room looked over to the cairngorm mountains which was beautiful. We liked this since it gave us more privacy and avoided making small talk when we would rather get on with our - The location of the property was excellent - just a minute walk to the centre of Aviemore. The rooms were modern, very warm and the shower fantastic. Joyce was lovely and so helpful. the facilities are great - no breakfast but not required - porridge available and enough places in Aviemore to have food and also the Tesco. The Pizzeria La taverna attached served lovely food. The resort is not overpriced at all. If investment could be added at a later date a sauna/hot tub leisure facility w

  A warm welcome, with an open fire in the guest lounge, good whiskies in the bar and a very comfortable room all made for an excellent stay. The house is at the end of its own private drive just outside the town, so it is nicely secluded and quiet, with views of the Cairngorn mountains, but easy walking distance to the towns facilities.
