Sally greeted us with a warm friendly smile as she invited us into her beautiful home. Our room was amazing so spacious and very comfortable together with Tea and Coffee making facilities.

The owner is a lovely lady who has taken loving care of her property.
The breakfast was fantastic and the room was magnificent with books and games if we ever got bored.
It was pleasure to stay there and hopefully we will return next year.

Friendly welcome. With current heatwave, fan provided with no asking, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful home with lovely furnishings, decor etc. great attention to detail. Good breakfast and local pub recommended for evening eating, also good. Very comfortable bed. -

Гостиницу содержит в своем доме прекрасная дружелюбная пожилая пара. Нас обеспечивали фонариками и зонтиками, чтобы гулять, и возили в город на машине!
Красивый дом, очень уютный, большая комната на втором этаже с видом на сад и поле. Чувство, что побывал в гостях, а не в гостинице!
Еще вокруг тихо, никаких машин, одни поля и деревья.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, from the warm welcome to the great breakfast selection including home made jams. The room was large and clean, with views overlooking the countryside, there were a variety of board games, information about the area, reading books and a selection dvd's. The owners were very hospitable and made you feel very at home during our stay. -
Both Jenny and Tony were wonderful hosts.There was an excellent choice of breakfasts, all cooked to our liking and always the question "would you like anything else"! The location and the house were lovely, being close to Arundel and we thoroughly enjoyed our break.
