  We spent four nights at Glenview, staying in the area with my Brother and Sister-in-Law. Chris gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The house is wonderful, it is in a pretty setting with lots of original features – it is obviously a much-loved family home. Both rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and well-presented. The weather was awful during our stay (well, it is Wales!) but the rooms had - Lovely B&B next to a large park and nearby the nicest beach around for families. Also walking distance to the Mumbles' town centre where you can find many cafes, restaurants and shops. Christine makes escented soaps that can be purchased for charity and they include one in the bathroom to try. Cake is available in the afternoon, which was a lovely touch! Christine and David are very nice, friendly and flexible, and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at the B&B with our young son

  I loved the warm welcome and service at the Alexander. I could not have been treated any better. I was upgraded to a double room which had the en-suite because it was available. Was extremely happy about that. I went to the Alexander as I had an interview at Swansea University, so it was the nearest hotel to the uni.   The staff were all very helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. Although very basic the beds were very comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee in rooms. Good system to get in and out and owner very nice letting us leave our bags at the hotel whilst we went shopping the next day so we did not have to carry it about as we travelled by train. All in all would certainly stay again. - The staff, the manager Mick, his elderly father John and a young girl took good care of me staying there. They were all very kind and helpful whatever I wanted and had a good portion of humour and very friendly and easygoing. A good place to stay for a reasonable price. Would choose the same place if I go to Swansea again.

  Fantastic country venue. Flowers, shrubs etc in full bloom and well cared for. Enjoyed a great breakfast outdoors. Also to relax by the lake in evening .wifi free and staff friendly n helpful.   This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at Marriott Swansea. We visit Swansea annually for the Dylan Thomas Festival. The Swansea Marriott is not a pretentious hotel like some. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I booked on-line but did not have to pay until we arrived. I had requested a sea view. My request was granted. Room 429 ha... что говорят » s fabulous views over the beach. It was a particularly wet windy day and the sight of the waves crashing over the promenade was spectacular. There i - Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done
