We have stayed in several of the large Heathrow hotels in the past and would definitely choose to stay here again instead. Close to tube for sightseeing in London - 40min ride from Hatton Cross to Green Park. - Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would charge more but don't tell them that.

  friendly helpful staff on reception throughout stay. also very pleasant hardworking staff in the restaurant. i did not get to use the leisure facilities. hotel is very rural but the directions were easy to follow. the location suited me as i was going to mount vernon hospital in northwood but anyone overseas thinking they were in london would be... что говорят » disappointed. have recommended it already to other people at mount vernon. good value for money - Staff were efficient and friendly, meals were excellent.   parking at the hotel was good, the staff were excellent and the decor was great. There was alos a good atmosphere in the bar. unfortunately i didn't have time to make use of the pool or gym facilities. - was a great experience,value for money highly recommended
