It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time. Having stayed at an ibis budget before I knew what to expect . Ideal for those on a strict budget who just want a place to stay for the night. Not as comfortable as other budget hotels ( Travelodge , premier inn etc ) but again those are more expensive . The rooms are basic but modern . There's a good clean modern shower and a decent freeview tv.

Stayed here before flying from LHR midday and it was perfect for that, and at a really good price. There were plenty of ethnic restaurants nearby to get something to eat.

The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond

Location was useful - right on motorway; access to services meant good choice of fast=food. Nice idea to have a bar, shame it wasn't properly stocked, but on second night the chap manning the bar went out of his way to get ice and fizzy water for my White wine spritzer - so full marks to him! I liked the ground floor room and the tranquillity although on a major Motorway, but most of all loved the dog walk. The best one I have come across for a Motorway Hotel. My dog and I will certainly come again when staying in the vicinity.
