Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home.
The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.
Nice getting a drive to and from the Gatwick Airport. Would stay here again. Good cooked breakfast in the am; plenty to chose from.

The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean

I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. Everything. The patrons were extremely friendly & helpful. The location was 1st class regarding access to Gatwick and views of the countryside. Beautiful house and extremely clean. Breakfast superb. Parking facilities first class and not expensive. Transport to and from Trumbles very very reasonable. Cannot fault Trumbles in any way. -

Staff were very helpful, we had to cancel our table booking in restaurant, staff were very pleasant in the circumstances. Waterfall at entrance very impressive! - Very nice hotel, 2 restaurants, one pub, nice staff, avis rental in the lobby, a little shop where you can buy a few things. Very nice !

As we were a family group of ten, (six adults and four children) they accommodated our needs very well. We stayed the evening before our flight out for a holiday, parking three cars for 17 days. the swans and geese outside in the little lake. the beautiful decor and warm friendly, cozy and luxurious feel to the place. also it has a regular bus service right at the entrance that takes you to the airport. great place!! if you're looking for somewhere near gatwick.. you wont get any better than the copthorne.. serriously :) - I stay regularly
