  Hannah was really helpful in arranging keys for us a bit earlier due to the timing of our attendance at a wedding. Excellent location, handy for Yarm High Street and perfect for what we needed for 2 x couples. Modern, well furnished apartment and breakfast pack was helpful! Good value and helpful, friendly staff when we collected the keys. Hoped to make it to the res - Fantastic place, no faults wot so ever, idealy close to all amenities,, can't wait to go back,, just like home from home, I would definite ly recommend these apartments to friends and family, well worth the price ,, had a fabulous time, staff/owners are so friendly and will help you promptly , I asked 4 a iron and a brand new one was there waiting for me,just a little txt and they will help you as much as poss,, thanx 4 a brilliant stay ,,

  it was a long drive so having a few beers and a good dvd which was one of yours was great we were going to a wedding so having the space to get ready was good also the bed was better than ours - suitable for family and freedom to cook in mornings for breakfast/lunch. convenient to travel to Yorkshire show. secure

  Staff were very helpful as wife only stayed one night and then was in hospital nearby. They gave me as much information that l needed to make my stay very easy. They were very welcoming - Friendly and helpful staff. Good communication from staff before I stayed. Clean and comfortable room. Good value for money.
