  Peace and quiet in the room, no traffic noise. Decent-sized room.Very good breakfast with fantastic service. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Ease of access to wedding venue and A19. Comfortable bed. We were allowed to check in early in advance of the wedding, which was kind of them. They also provided a warm welcome throughout. It is well placed for this event, with Yarm being a delightful town with plenty of good places to eat, but around 1 hour away from the event.

  The room was stunning. The bed was very comfy. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was brilliant. Geoff (the owner) was very helpful and helped out with local info. Highly recommend if looking for something special from a BandB.
