  I have been staying in Coventry's B&Bs and hotels at least once a week for the last year and this is the best stay so far. Nice and clean rooms, en-suite, very homely, good value, free wifi, there is a post office opposite the guest house which opens very early and you can get coffee for the journey. Ensuite, tea & coffee, TV, and everything beautifully clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful, whilst not intrusive, and the location is great for University of Warwick. Peaceful location whilst handy for the motorways. We chose to have the optional breakfast - superb. We will use this again while son is at university there.

  It was very well presented; decor, cleanliness, tasteful bed linen and vey important a comfortable bed in a cosy room. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a very wide choice, covering Continental or full English. I had porridge which was beautifully cooked. Very helpful owners who gave us printed directions to the driving experience we had booked at Kenilworth Pro-drive and helpful advice on where to eat.

  We received a warm welcome. The room we were provided with had a comfortable queen size bed, Sky TV in a room that was decorated in white and pastel blue in a light contemporary style. It was lovely and quiet... we thought we were the only ones staying until breakfast. Will definitely look it up it that way again. - I was a solo traveller. I found this guest house friendly , clean & comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights in a double room on the ground floor. The room was tastefully decorated with a small and functional ensuite. The hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of Warwick. Car parking at the front of the house was small but there is further parking across the road. James and his staff are doing as excellent job. I would definitely return.
