  The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage!   We received a very warm welcom on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. The hotel room was finely decorated and warm.   Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. Me and my friend Abbie got soaked from the rain at pleasure beach and staff offered to dry out clothes as we had nothing else to wear and were given jumpers from Sophie (a staff member) to borrow until they were dry. Thanks - First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

  The owner was extremely helpful and was always happy to help - from helping us find a parking space to general chit chat and helping us choose restaurants and cooking breakfast! Rolo (the owner's dog) was entertaining and surprisingly one of the highlights of the hotel itself! Th - The Food was Fantastic, Dave the owner and his Daughter were the two nicest people i have ever met they could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for them.It was an absolute joy staying thier and i will be going again. I also recomend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Blackpool. Stay at the Blue Bell you will have a great time.

We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent - right opposite the beach and a short walk from the central pier. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!
