  The room was quite authentic and cozy; not very spacious but enough to accommodate a young couple. It had a big bathroom with a traditional Turkish bath corner. There was a big terrace in which you can enjoy a nice view of the fairy chimneys around. The location of the hotel was the best as it was 3 mins of walk to the town center. The staff were as nice as any hotel staff should be. - The room decor was rustic but clean & comfortable - just the right atmosphere for a stay in Goreme. The complimentary continental breakfast was wonderful and very impressive - traditional, delicious, satisfying and varied.

  The owner was incredibly friendly, finding time to giving us a lift to and from the bus station, along with sitting down for a good hour discussing the possible options and routes we could take in touring Goreme. In terms of the accommodation, we were pleasantly surprised out how comfortable the room made us feel. We stayed in ten hotels during our trip and this was by far our favorite and most memorable as well as - Les Maisons de Cappadoce are beautifully restored local cave houses. Our studio Les Chevres was overlooking Pigeon Valley where we could see great examples of the rock formations which are typical of Cappadocia. We had a guide for 2days, arranged by Jacques, and this was well worth it. Uchisar where Les Maisons are situated is quite a small town and much less commercialised than nearby Goreme.
