The whole resort was extremely picturesque.
The orthentic bamboo and wooden bungalows, set within indigenous unspoilt forest,all have beautiful sea views.
These were cleaned daily to a high standard.
The staff, especially, made a huge impact on us. No request was too great, and they were always happy and smiling, with a willingness to please which went way beyond anything we had experienced.

I felt that Ms. Lee was very nice and helpful...not at all the irate person she has been portrayed to be. The guest house was clean and in a good location..not too far from the pier and mostly away from the loud bars. On Phi Phi, since you are not doing much in your room besides sleeping, what is there to complain about? -

The resort itself is very nice, the cottage / appartment is clean (they clean it every day if you request it), we chose the air conditioned one, which we fully reccoment, because of the tropical weather. I loved our stay at phi phi sunset. We checked in at phi phi inn on the main beach, then about 30 minutes later we were on the long tail boat to the other side of the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had air con & a fan which was perfect in the heat!
Boat over to the main beach is very handy as it's quite a steep walk back! (Make sure you take a torch if you plan to walk back at night)
Food was lovely and fairly priced.
Music is loud at night but seriously not bad enough for anyone to need ear plugs!! If you're going to complain you probably shouldn't go to phi phi!
