Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up.
Other reviews aren't great, but I think people perhaps expect

I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free
pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone
(even though it is just a 5 minute walk. You do need to move if you want

2nd visit to this Hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Stayed in the main accomodation block with a pool view room, rooms clean, tidy & comfortable. We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and
our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in
the hotel for the full time on phi phi.
We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room.
The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away.
The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.

We found previous reviews hilarious when we got here:
*People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill!
*Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. Perhaps an indoor pool would've been preferred?!!

Free WiFi (room 205 could still connect from free WiFi in reception!), free breakfast and location. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. Firstly the staff were amazing. Tom and Ning couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. They made everything easy for you. We thought the location was perfect. Excellent views, close to pier. Yes it was a little walk from town but we quite enjoyed the walk home. Is an easy walk home along beach in the serenity. Nice to be close to action but far enough away it doesn't disturb you. We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. They collected us from the pier as it is a walk (5 minutes) to the hotel a staff member extremely friendly insisted on taking our luggage ( 2 suticases weighing more than 50kg in 36degrees

Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a
decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are
shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything,
its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a
courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches.
Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a
similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport
cost

Loved the relaxed lay back atmosphere. The beach was beautiful for swimming. Beautiful outdoor dinning on beach evenings, amazing.

One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

For Phi Phi this is a nice place without spending $200 USD a night. Its a pretty view of Phi Phi Don and was kinda nice hiking out each evening and morning. Also they take you over after being greeted at the pier in a little boat which saves the wheelbarrow taxi (yes there are no cars or scooters.. Enjoy!) and return you to the pier free of charge. Overall its modern for Phi Phi and my gf and I really liked it. ***Not for anyone with kids or elderly/ disabled.

First off, we were a bit worried by some of the ratings. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!
