  I have been to Pattaya many times and stayed in many different hotels ,I have found the fourteen again hotel not only the best value for money but the friendliest staff there.the beds are huge the spa is big enough for at least three people the shower could fit ten people easy. All of the hotels facilities are also included in the price which with the roof top pool certainly adds a perfect relaxing recovering place! Booked again for a week already

  The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am.   The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great.
