Staff were extremely helpful and all very polite. The rooms were amazing and for such a little price too. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and all of the staff. The food from the restaurant is also to a very high standard and still cheap. All of the hotels facilities are also included in the price which with the roof top pool certainly adds a perfect relaxing recovering place! Booked again for a week already

They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am.
