  The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

  The hotel is new, modern and very clean, and the staff is polite and quite helpful. Location was good for us, on a quiet road, away from all the noise and hectic life of the city. The complimentary tuk-tuk takes you to the main 2nd road in less than 3 minutes. - Staff very friendly and helpful. The one bedroom suite was superb.

We enjoyed the decorations of the suite and the very comfi bed!! Nice shower with good water pressure and easy to control water temperature.   close to BigC and you can get to the beach in 10 minutes.the room is thai style and have a big garden with a lot of plants when you open the door.the staff is wonderful too - Mix of styles. Friendly staff. Clean!!! Probably the cleanest bathroom and linen I've had in Pattaya. Would stay again!
