Its location suites us for walking and shopping, I love the omelettes which used to be cooked by a gentleman by the name of Mannit who I believe has passed away. HE WAS AN EXAMPLE OF THE EXCELLENT STAFF THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR EMPLOY.

The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. Especially the concierge, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that i could travel to and from the hotel safely and economically. The breakfast was brilliant and the facilities live up to their description if not better. We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. -

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.
