  Fantastic pool and gardens - a real haven in the centre of the city. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, helping with taxis and even restaurant recommendations. We upgraded to the business club floor and it was worth the extra money to have breakfast, pm tea and happy hour drinks and nibbles in the lounge every day. Very luxurious !   The hotel was in a great location which felt very safe as a lot of international embassy were around it. It was around 500 meter walk to the sky train/rail network with only a two stop journey to the major shopping mail complex. - Cleanliness,quiet,handy to BTS helpfull reception staff.good atmosphere

  My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room.
