Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). It's not my first time ... I stayed more than one time ...I love the decoration of the hotel and very clean and the location is amazing ,,, but the only thing is the Internet facility ,,, 1 of the guest can connect to the Internet but the others can't ... And it's little pit expensive.... Other wise it's amazing :-) .. Thanks a lot -

Apartment is big and it has a cozy balcony. I rented 3 rooms apartment for 4 nights for less than SGD600. It's only $200 per room for 4 nights which is quite cheap. It's not far from major malls though not really near. Bout 15-20 mins walk. It's really near if you take a cab though. Many massage parlors nearby.

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great
