My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. My wife and I stayed a week and we enjoyed it! The owner, Ton, provided airport transfers both ways. He also had his maid cleaned up the apartment in the middle of our stay. There was free WiFi and the apartment was sufficiently equipped for a comfortable stay. The apartment is secured by card access and security guards. -
