  It was second time to stay for us. The staffs are friendly with great hospitality. The room is very comfortable and large. This condo seems our home in Bangkok. It's very convenient to buy anything from 7-11 store placed closely.   I have a home in Thailand, and I often pass through Bangkok going to/from North When I stay on the Sukhumvit side of town, I often stay at the President Palace, which is very central and only 1/2 a block off of Sukhumvit Road. However, on a recent stay I had friends staying at the "Phachara Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok" and I joined them. The rooms are new, fresh, great - The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey ( as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes . Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.
