I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants. Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home.
