From the moment we were met at the station by the complimentary taxi until we were waved farewell with a welcome bottle of local water for our journey home we were looked after superbly. Very courteous and helpful staff especially Michelle. Wood carvings through out hotel very impressive and show the care that was taken to build and maintain the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting zermat.

A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff
greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room
was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all

The room is small but contains everything so it not a problem. Both the room and toilet is very clean and decorated very nicely. Wifi is offered for guest for free. The location is near both Gornegrat and Sunnega, and is very convenient.

Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages.

We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!).
