  Cervo is a perfect example of modern uncomplicated class. It is a mixture of elegance, design and simplicity that reflects in every aspect, from the kindness of the personnel to the furniture. Everything clearly shows that behind Cervo there is a well thought concept, which is shared among every single person working there. I rarely spend my holidays in Switzerland but Zermatt as a whole and Cervo, make me proud of our touristic offe - I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

  Это не первый наш визит в Церматт - но в этот раз мы остановились в сумасшедше хорошем, если не лучшем, отеле! Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д. Отдельно... что говорят » хочу сказать о ресторане и "зоне здоровья". Из 7 дней нашего пребывания в The Omnia мы ужинали в ресторане отеля 4 раза (а поесть мы любим!). Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, clean and stylish facilities, state of the art spa with sauna, steam, pool, jacuzzi, and ice room. Staying here is like being a in a wonderful fantasy. I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations. Fresh fruit renewed daily, greeted by name eve... что говорят » ry time I entered the lobby, and large selection buffet breakfast. - The Hotel represents a well preserved historical marvel of Zermatt. We really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa facilities and a delicious breakfast. We would like to specially mention all reception staff and in particular Annie, who was extremely cheerful and helpful.
