They hustled us up to our room to rest right away, and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. Everything possible to make our stay more pleasant was provided from calling taxis to providing breakfast when we had an early departure. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
