Beautiful senery, wonderful rooms, cheap restaurant for hotel guests, very very outgoing staff...aimed to please 125%...we were very excited about the hotel and in general had a very pleasant, relaxing time. The hotel was very close to all the main attractions in Santiago, bars nearby, something for everyone. The room was romantic and we felt we were very spoiled!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. -

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Amazing location- 5 minute walk to all the good monuments.

The most stylish albergue! Design, comfort, staff at the reception are excellent. The beds are very comfortable and arranged so good that you do not disturb any people when take your place. One of the most important thing is socket. There are two near each bed. Wifi free and the access is at every room. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Location!

We arrived after being at our 1st Spanish wedding which was in Coruna

We stayed at this hotel after walking 200km of the Camino. What a great choice! So close to the Cathedral and very central to shops and restaurants. The hotel has been beautifully revamped and we loved our room and the gorgeous bathroom. Lovely, peaceful hotel right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Santiago. I would definitely stay there again!

It is a family owned hotel and not the big chains. It might not have the amenities the big chain give you but the warmth and personal care given by the family is something to cherish. -
We had excellent service from the hosts; they went out of their way to help us. Good location.

The people who ran it were so nice-- We had just finished the Camino,
and were exhausted. They hustled us up to our room to rest right away,
and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. They also
loaned us a hair dryer for the duration of our stay, and helped us get a

This is a good-value budget hotel in the heart of Santiago's old quarter. My room was basic but acceptable, as was my private bathroom. There are some nice cafes round the corner doing good-value breakfasts all day, and loads of good cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and sights all over the city centre.
