  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day.   We loved the hospitality of the host Estelle and her husband Joachim. They made us feel right at home and treated us like their own family. We met their son Isaac and he was as helpful and as charming too! We had an upstairs bedroom which was well looked after with a balcony and the view and the weather was very kind to us. I really liked the high quality of all the furnishings and especially the bed linens. And the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive.
