Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel

Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go
again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of

Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can
