  Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel... mitä ihmiset sanovat » .Good local buses to Palma etc. Excellent - Gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

  Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... mitä ihmiset sanovat » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel.   This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite.
