The room is large, but key is old system, it was hard to use. Staff is very friendly. Kinderdijk and Rotterdam, Urlecht is very near from this hotel. If you go to Kinderdijk, it is 15-20 minutes by car. Shopping center (super market) is 1 minutes from hotel. It was very convinience. Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur

Everything! Very new hotel, very clean! It was truly an amazing experience! Location is in close proximity to the Hague (7 minutes to center, even during traffic), Leiden (15 minutes), and Rotterdam (20 minutes). This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder

Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.
