The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city. The room is spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The free wireless internet is the smart thing to do for business travelers - no extra charges, no complicated registration, and everything works. - It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body milk were supplied. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious.
