The restaurant was open until 9:00 p.m. We arrived after 8:30 pm and were able to have a meal there. - Very good and helpfull staff. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good too.

A very well kept secret, the Klooster is stark yet beautiful. Why does anyone stay at a modern roadside inn when this place is just off the main road? The staff is very helpful. - They had retained the feel of the cloisters with minimal furnishings

I stayed on the top floor at 9th floor. The view was good to me.
I could see the sunrise in the morning and I also easily checked the weather everyday.
I like the design of the hotel. It had really good sense.
The breakfast was really good. They prepared many things.
The staff was kind.

Closed to central station and football stadium.
And, room is really big. I wanted to stay longer.
The price were too good for this room.
If the price for breakfast was a bit cheaper, I would ate it but I skip that.

Everything. The room we stayed was lovely, very nicely decorated. They even had a box of toys form my 2 year old son. The owners are very nice people trying to make you feel at home, and it is even better than home... The animals in the garden were great too, my son really enjoyed feeding them. So overall it was a wonderful stay. Thanks again... -

Wonderful service from Miranda, the owner. Drinks on arrival; complimentary Nespresso coffee, wine, beer and liqueurs on both days of our stay and Miranda even drove us to the restaurants we had booked for dinner. Rooms and living/breakfast room were fabulous and beautifully decorated for Christmas. 100% recommendation from all four of us!

Great manager!! We were lost and phoned for directions, very helpful and then phoned us back on our international cell phone as he was concerned we had not arrived by the time stated.

Nice old place, cosy rooms, excellent restaurant with good service. Nice terrace with view on the park next door.They called us before arrival that the hotel was not really adapted for disabled. -
The staff was really friendly and make you feel at home.
