тихо, спокойно, wi-fi - Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.

I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round. almost everything, staffs are incredible and helpful. we are 2 small ladies with 11 y.old children they upgraded for bigger room for us. Best location in a middle of walking street(Leidse straat) in front of tram stop (Leigse/primnsengrat). - Amazing interior design, small nice details all over hotel and rooms
- Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!
- Location is very central and within walking distance to the city center and some of the main attractions
