The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark.   We got a great apartment in a cool neighbourhood - what more could you need? Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket in the next street, so you won't starve. Trams are nearby, making it easy enough to get around the city, plus the museums were a walkable distance away.   The host met us at the door with the keys and showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. All bedding and towels were fresh and the beds were comfortable. The host was accommodating and he gave us his mobile number in case we needed anything or had any questions. The location was perfect- 5 minute walk to a tram or 20 minute walk to... что говорят » the city center. Could not have asked for a better place. Definitely a good value for what we payed! - We were 3 generations travelling together, from age 6 to 82. It was nice to find a place without to many stairs : ) The area is really quiet and safe, and the apartment is really spot on in terms of location, everything is near by – or a few tramstops away. Last, but not least – Guy is a really friendly and helpful man! Busstop to and from airport within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Best regards Gro
