  almost everything, staffs are incredible and helpful. we are 2 small ladies with 11 y.old children they upgraded for bigger room for us. Best location in a middle of walking street(Leidse straat) in front of tram stop (Leigse/primnsengrat). Hotel style is very Amsterdam (old) traditional style, very nice atmosphere. we got a street view and saw par... что говорят » ty activities on the street. - When we arrived, the receptionist told us they had upgraded us to thepenthouse which was amazing, we couldn't believe our luck, the hotel wasvery clean and staff very nice but the room was the best ever, withbeautiful views and with free standing double bath. This hotel is adefinate for the next visit. Location was brilliant too.
