Luggage check room was available to store my luggage since I arrived early in the the morning (7:30AM). - The location was great (about 2mn walk to Centraal Station, right next to the shopping area, restaurants and bars, etc...), friendly and helpful staff, nice varied buffet for breakfast, quiet hotel considering the location (even on New Year's Eve!), all facilities provided in clean and cosy room. We will definitely choose The Avenue hotel again for any future trips to Amsterdam.

Delta continues to upgrade the rooms and facilities and we will continue to stay there when we visit Amsterdam. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant serves a good varied menu at reasonable prices (15% discount for hotel guests) and the ample breakfast buffet is great!

Очень удобное расположение. До площади Дамм - 2 минуты ходьбы. Паралелльно находится главная улица Дамрак и Квартал Красных фонарей. Удобная служба парковки машин. Проблем не будет. Для Амстердама это очень хорошо! Номера чистые и уютныые, особенно категории "улучшенный". - Достаточно вежливый и квалифицированный персонал.

very central and easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, food next door was beautiful, room was clean but basic. I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times and I would definately stay there again. - All the staff including the receptionist have been very nice and helpful through our stay at the France Hotel

The hotel is really wonderful! We stayed there with my friend for 4 nights at the end of May and were really suprised with everything. First, location. The hotel is easily reachable by public transport.
I spent two nights in the hotel and enjoyed comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfasts and friendly staff who was always there ready to help.
When I arrived to the hotel tired after a long travel the manager offered me complimentary tea/coffee and gave very useful tips about what to see and where to go. Thanks to the hotel manager's advice during my short stay I managed to visit almost all the top attractions in Amsterdam.

A good city hotel, in a really convenient location. The hotel does not have a breakfast room, but at the lobby area you may always find free hot coffee and tea facilities, furthermore at the area there are some restaurants were you may enjoy your breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Although the rooms are non smoking, you may smoke at the main balcony of the hotel. The receptionist are friendly and professional. The tram stop is really close with direct connection

If you can get past the rather naff horse theme, this is a decent hotel
for the price. We paid £380 for 3 nights during (uk) half term and at
short notice which isn’t bad for Amsterdam and have no complaints.

I liked the location,it is just a two minutes walk to Leidseplein where there are many restaurants, shops of all kind... from there you can reach very easy to the other main attractions: Dam Square, Rembrandtplein, Red Light District etc. I liked the room ...we were four girls and we took the four persons room which was very big, clean and comfortable. there were free coffees, cappuccinos, tea and the staff was really friendly. we all think it was a perfect choice.
