  Amsterdam's a walkable city and the Avanti is just right in the Middle of the City a 7 minutes walk from the Central Station! Made life really easy as I could explore and return at anytime without bothering when the tram and the like would close. Breakfast added too was great as well as the fridge and microwave so we could get up at anytime and make a qui - Brilliant location, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink excellent and very reasonably priced. Comfortable, very clean and well looked after.The Avanti was a pleasure to stay on. Our hosts went out of their way to provide help, information and warmth to us, and we really couldn't have asked for anything more.   Everything was very good. Comfortable rooms, clean and cosy hotel, really not far from railway station. Personal is very friendly, I have only best ratings for their work. - The cleanliness, location & concept. En suite bathroom. Breakfast and the staff. Would definitely come back to Hotelboat Iris.

  We slept on a boat - what else can I say? :) Very friendly staff (father and daughter), they helped us with all our questions. Of course the rooms are a bit small (and so was the bathroom), but this was to be expected on a boat. We really loved that it was so well located, everything is reachable by foot. And the prices are pretty cheap, even the ... что говорят » breakfast was included. There was coffee and tea all day. I would highly recommend it for a special Amsterdam-trip. :) - Fantastic location, very friendly staff, and great value for money. Cheapest room with ensuite in Amsterdam! Nice to be on a houseboat, very relaxing.

Breakfast is plentiful though nothing fancy. Staff Christian is excellent, friendly and always helpful. The apartment is close to Centrum and in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can sleep there in almost complete silence. Everything was very clean and well decorated.
