This place is great. The manager was attentive to every detail, helped us with other bookings and spoke English well. The breakfast was outstanding. The tram stops right in front, making it very convenient. Very clean.

The warm kindness of the staff. The very good sight from the romm towards the park. The neatness of the romm. Rhe pleasant sensation when I got into the room. The shower and toilet facilities. I cannot say enough about this little hotel. It was perfect for a group or family of 3-4. All separate beds if desired and extremely comfy. I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder
