  Location is excellent and within walking distance of many major attractions.It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the room and facilities were actually quite a bit more than what we expected from the online advertising. The rooms are fully modern, very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette is a real convenience. Not to mention an easter basket on easter morning. The hotel is on a quiet street in a covenient location near the hermitage, skinny bridge and rembrandt house. We would definetly stay here again.

  A much better alternative to a hotel for a family or a group of friends. This is a really beautiful, modern apartment, spacious, well-designed and very well-appointed. Chris is very friendly and forthcoming with information. A short walk from everything, museums and centre, while in a quiet area of the city. Very highly recommended. - I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!

  A fabulous apartment - lovely interior design and every comfort - and wonderful hosts, Dennis and Vincent, who could not have been more helpful with restaurants etc. The apartment is in a great central location but not noisy, close to metro, supermarket and easy walks around city to museums. Exceeded our expectations in every way (lots of little treats as well!) The apartment was amazing, comftrble, clean, in the best location in Amsterdam (right on Rembarndet squre) which is packed with pubs, restarunts, coffee shops. The proprietor was extremely nice and let us leave our luggage in the apartment after 11 am until our flight, she also let us into the apartment on arrival without having to wait until the allotted time as the apartment was vacant.
