тихо, спокойно, wi-fi - Location - in the heart of the town but the room was very quiet, excellent staff, good room equipment (iron, kettle, good choice of tv channels) - fabulous location , good size rooms, everything you need in rooms, would stay here again comes highly recommended.

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble for them,and the lovely big beds with wonderfull pillows. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark. We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well.
