  It was very clean and comfortable with reliable service. Being so close to the central train station is a big plus. They also were very accomodating regarding storing luggage pre and post check-in time (to correspond to flight times). - The quiet location and the efficient heating.

  The staff were friendly and helpful in all sorts of small ways. I felt I was a welcome guest. Furthermore, I was especially impressed with the facilities and really enjoyed a swim in the pool early in the morning while overlooking the city.   Lovely room, comfortable beds, nespresso machine was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked dishes and a cold buffet. The spa had just opened but we had forgotten our swim suits. Location was very good. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants and the station was a 15 min stroll along the canal, or you can catch the bus from ro... что говорят » und the corner. Gaston and the other staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. We used their parking at a cost of 12 euros per night. - The location, facilities and above all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. This was especially true when I caught "Dutch Flu" and they let us stay in the room for an extra 2 hrs until it was time to go to the Airport - Gaston's suggestion. Also Gaston's mum who runs a shuttle service to the Airport deserves a positive mention. Thanks again.
