  Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. Best location in a middle of walking street(Leidse straat) in front of tram stop (Leigse/primnsengrat). I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.
