Iv stayed here three times now and usually have the en suite bedroom on top floor but this time we could not so stayed in the shared facilitied bedroom. this was ok for one night but if staying any longer time I would recommend the ensuite room. but however no problmes with the shared bathroom and our bedroom was clean and tidy and perfect for our

It was very interesting to leave in a real hause in the centre of Amsterdam.The hosts were very nice and welcoming. In a kitchen it is possible to have breakfast. Very good central location, not far from the main central station andthe centre of the city. The train stop is just near the hause. There are several shops near by.

We were provided with a 360 degree view of the New Year's fireworks. - Niels is the guy rinning the business, he is very friendly. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms.

The location of the hotel was really close to all the hotspots within Amsterdam!
The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day.

Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10

The Staff were welcoming and friendly, a very relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff were gracious and solicitous. Our room, though without a canal or garden view, was beautifully designed and exceptionally quiet. One of the reasons we chose Canal House was the garden which exceeded our expectations as a comfortable and beautiful place to chill out, read and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif. As I needed to rest my foot one day, it was a particularly welcome amenity.
