  The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws.   The apartment was big enough. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping zones. A direct tram to the central station, 6 stops only. Canal view. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind to propose in advance another address instead of the one mentioned in initial booking (because of the noize due to nearby renovations)
