  very central and easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, food next door was beautiful, room was clean but basic. I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times and I would definately stay there again. - All the staff including the receptionist have been very nice and helpful through our stay at the France Hotel

  Очень удобное расположение. До площади Дамм - 2 минуты ходьбы. Паралелльно находится главная улица Дамрак и Квартал Красных фонарей. Удобная служба парковки машин. Проблем не будет. Для Амстердама это очень хорошо! Номера чистые и уютныые, особенно категории "улучшенный". - Достаточно вежливый и квалифицированный персонал.

Luggage check room was available to store my luggage since I arrived early in the the morning (7:30AM). - The location was great (about 2mn walk to Centraal Station, right next to the shopping area, restaurants and bars, etc...), friendly and helpful staff, nice varied buffet for breakfast, quiet hotel considering the location (even on New Year's Eve!), all facilities provided in clean and cosy room. We will definitely choose The Avenue hotel again for any future trips to Amsterdam.

  The location of the hotel was really close to all the hotspots within Amsterdam! The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day. The toilets and shower were clean the majority of the time minus a few when it had just been used! And the beds were very comfy. In my opinion for the money it was a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! - Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10

  The central location was excellent, close to most attractions, the train station and bus/tram stations. Room and other facilities throughout the boat are clean and tidy. Breakfast is plentiful though nothing fancy. Staff Christian is excellent, friendly and always helpful.   We slept on a boat - what else can I say? :) Very friendly staff (father and daughter), they helped us with all our questions. Of course the rooms are a bit small (and so was the bathroom), but this was to be expected on a boat. We really loved that it was so well located, everything is reachable by foot. I would highly recommend it for a special Amsterdam-trip. :) - Fantastic location, very friendly staff, and great value for money. Cheapest room with ensuite in Amsterdam! The apartment is close to Centrum and in a quiet neighbourhood, so you can sleep there in almost complete silence. Everything was very clean and well decorated.
