In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.

Nabil the manager is very nice and kind.It's in the middle of the city 4 min' walking from Dam's and 10 Min'walking from Ledisepalin.   The staff were very warm and welcoming. Within 15 minutes we felt like regulars at the pub. The location was excellent, very convenient. And it was much quieter than we were expecting. - Great location and a great staff-- people were very helpful andfriendly.

  Try to get room number 1, (smoking allowed & your own shower/toilet)... the view from the window is something else! There's no food provided but hotel Alfa is beside a decent café. It's also only 2 minutes away from the train station & you only have to walk around the corner for your nearest smoke. We stayed in the twin room and is exactly as the picture shows! Ignore the comment about about the building being old and decaying. It is old like many houses in the dam but not decaying!
