Staff were professional, friendly and most helpful. Quality of services were consistent. Smoking rooms available, staff very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds. Right in the heart of the city. Couldnt ask for a better location. Tea/Coffee making facilities in room, very clean. - The room was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly, the location was great.

I stayed on the top floor at 9th floor. The view was good to me.
I could see the sunrise in the morning and I also easily checked the weather everyday.
I like the design of the hotel. It had really good sense.

We travelled by train and with only hand luggage we walked from the station, but we could easily have caught a bus. The restaurant was really god and the breakfast had so much choice!

The hotel was excellent and was only a few minutes walk from the train and bus station so in a great location as well. we found all the staff very accomadating in all our special requests, hotel was right in the certre of town. Staff even contacted us about returning a lost ring - The staff made it a very relaxing stay and were extremely helpful

The restaurant was open until 9:00 p.m. We arrived after 8:30 pm and were able to have a meal there. - Very good and helpfull staff. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good too.
